8:30 am start for 5K and 10K.

Participant bib and shirt must be picked up at pre-event packet pick up or on event day.

AID STATIONS

Aid Stations available at 1.5 miles, 2 miles, 5 miles, 6.5 miles (turnaround) 8 miles, 11 miles, 11.5 miles Aid stations will be stocked with "Gu”s, water, Gatorade, and fruit.

RESULTS AND AWARDS

Results will be posted here

Awards will be awarded to the top 3 participants, male and female in each age group and overall.

Participant must be present on event day to receive awards and emblems.

Age Groups: 19 and under, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69 & 70+ (Subject to change pending attendance)
